Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Booking SnagzArt Services 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% (depending on project size) is required to secure your booking. No work, design, or scheduling will begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Payment Payments can be made via cash, check, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per week past the due date. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel after booking, you forfeit the deposit. Projects may be rescheduled once (with at least 14 days’ notice) without penalty. Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days before start) may result in an additional 25% fee of the total project cost. 4. Design & Revisions All designs are custom and remain the property of SnagzArt until final payment is received. One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Once a design is approved, major changes may require a new contract and pricing adjustment. 5. Project Scope & Conditions The client must provide safe, clean, and accessible work conditions (including scaffolding, lifts, or special equipment if required for murals). For outdoor work, SnagzArt is not responsible for weather delays. Projects will be rescheduled as needed. Any additional costs (permits, wall prep, protective coating, travel outside Chicago, etc.) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. 6. Rights & Usage SnagzArt retains the right to photograph, record, and share completed works for portfolio, promotional, and social media use. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or alter the artwork without written permission. 7. Liability SnagzArt is not liable for damage to surfaces that were not properly prepared or disclosed by the client. SnagzArt will not be held responsible for accidents caused by unsafe site conditions outside of artist’s control. 8. Agreement By booking any SnagzArt service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
